PT Nail Technician

About the role

As a Nail Technician, you’ll provide professional nail care treatments and deliver memorable experiences that enhance every guest’s stay.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Perform manicures, pedicures, polish applications, acrylics, paraffin treatments, and other nail services according to the spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
• Ensure workstations, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
• Monitor inventory of nail care products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nail care techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
