Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss‑prevention standards; may be cross‑trained in multiple store areas.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and assist with overall store cleanliness.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support store shrink‑reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Starting pay range: $13.50 – $14.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
