• Competitive pay of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Part-time evening position: 6 pm - 10 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
• Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences
• Pass medications per the care plan requirements

Requirements

• Current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Possesses a can-do attitude and exemplifies a willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently
• Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers
• Current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire
• Great love and compassion for working with the senior population
