PT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Skill Nursing

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care, medication administration, and clinical documentation
• Partner with residents, families, physicians, and care teams to deliver exceptional service
• Lead and support CNAs through supervision, coaching, and orientation of new staff
• Foster resident engagement while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism

Requirements

• Must be licensed (LPN) by the state of South Carolina and in good standing with a current active license
• Must have the ability and knowledge to act in a supervisory capacity
• BLS certified OR willingness to get certified within 3 months of employment
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism and clinical skills
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
