PT Key Carrier_Gulf Breeze Thrift Store

Under the direction of the Thrift Store Manager, the Key Carrier supports store management in achieving efficiency in store operations, merchandising, training, and various other assigned areas of responsibility within a Thrift Store. This is a part-time position working up to 29 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial performance to goal
• Assist with studying KPI performance daily
• Assist in managing a high-performance team that will complement the growth of the store
• Assist in managing controllable expenses
• Ensure customer service expectations are followed at all times
• Ensure a well-recovered, clean, and organized store
• Supervision and accountability of employees, volunteers, and clients
• Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Christian Commitment: Must exemplify and model Christian behaviors and values and possess high levels of ethics, honesty, and character
• High School degree/GED or 2 or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and be insurable by the Waterfront Rescue Mission insurance carrier
• Must have reliable transportation

Schedule

• Store hours: 9 am – 6 pm Monday – Saturday
• Closed Sunday
