Responsibilities

• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners.
• Confidently ask for the order, persistently follow up, and strive to win and succeed.
• Take measurements and draw neat diagrams.
• Create and revise quotes or drawings based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with the franchise owner to ensure a complete cabinet order.
• Initiate job change orders as needed.
• Inspect and cover details with the installer before installation.
• Contact customers throughout the project to monitor progress.
• Market your skills as an industry professional.
• Be computer and smartphone proficient.
• Have a flexible work schedule to meet demand.
• Be highly motivated, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
• Have an optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
• Communicate effectively through writing and speaking.
• Show strong negotiating skills.
• Participate in home/trade shows.
• Able to work days, some evenings, and weekends.
• Maintain reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Rapid growth in the Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo/Detroit Lakes market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor suitable for working in clients' homes.
• Speak clearly using appropriate language and vocabulary.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Proficient in computers and smartphones.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Highly motivated, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
