Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Care Caregivers to provide personalized one-on-one support for clients living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia throughout the Appleton area.

What You'll Do
As an Experienced Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one dementia care that promotes safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide personalized care for individuals living with Dementia or Alzheimer's disease
- Assist with personal care, activities of daily living, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and meaningful engagement that supports cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being
- Provide calm reassurance and redirection during periods of confusion or memory loss
- Help establish and maintain consistent daily routines that promote safety and independence
- Observe changes in the client's condition and communicate updates with the care team
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience caring for individuals living with Dementia or Alzheimer's disease is strongly preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references

Compensation
Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
