Memory Care Caregiver PT

About the role

Merrill Gardens at Tukwila is a Montessori-Inspired Memory Care Community supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. We're seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide respectful, personalized care that promotes dignity and independence through meaningful, hands-on engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception)

Requirements

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver.
• Able to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Pay

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Schedule

Shift: Part Time
Sunday through Monday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
