About the role
We're looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Serving meals according to resident preferences and dietary needs
- Sets and clears dining room tables
- Assists with beverage and snack service
- Performs dishwashing duties
- Maintains clean dining and pantry areas
- Stocks supplies
- Supports overall kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 16 years old (or per applicable state requirements)
