PT - Guest Service Associate

About the role

The Guest Service Associate will greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and operational policies, operating the point of sale, performing store housekeeping, replenishing products, communicating with management, and assisting vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
• Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards
• Maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours that may include day, night, weekend, and/or holiday shifts
• Ability to perform basic computer functions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, i.e., outside, cooler, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
• Perform duties of the job in a timely manner
• Ability to count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork
• Support GSA new hire employee's onboarding and training

The pay range for this position is $18.13 - $21.34, with the final amount offered based on individual performance, company or department performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is $18.13 - $21.34. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
