About the role
The City of Monticello is seeking part-time guest service associates to work nights, weekends, and holidays at the Monticello Community Center.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons of the Monticello Community Center.
- Assist with event setup and tear down as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
