Evermore Orlando Resort is a 1,100-acre destination redefining the Orlando vacation experience. The resort blends upscale vacation homes, flats, and villas with the luxurious Conrad hotel, offering guests the comforts of home alongside world-class amenities. With advanced water features, championship golf courses, pools, water sports, and recreational facilities, Evermore requires sophisticated engineering and operational oversight to ensure safety, performance, and reliability.

As a Golf Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by assisting golfers with their equipment, maintaining the golf cart fleet, and ensuring smooth operations at the golf facility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible and helpful presence for golfers upon arrival and departure.
• Assist golfers in preparing for their round by loading bags onto golf carts and providing directions to the golf shop and practice facility.
• Greet guests as they return from golf, help unload clubs from carts, and assist with their departure.
• Organize and manage golf bags, clubs, and other equipment in the bagroom.
• Ensure golf carts are cleaned, charged, and ready for use at the start of each day.
• Monitor and organize the golf cart fleet, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong golf knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Commitment to representing Evermore’s brand values and standards.
• Proficiency in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines in English.
• Ability to go above and beyond in every guest interaction.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teammates, guests, and clients.
• Comfortable initiating and maintaining conversations with guests and staff.
• Adherence to all golf, sales, and operational standards, policies, and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a rotating schedule.
• Capability to safely and effectively navigate a 1,100-acre resort.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills to enhance guest experiences and resolve concerns.
