About the role

Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Help customers shop the store and maintain a safe, clean, and clutter‑free environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Execute company policies and standards.
• Use the Elevated ABC Deliver approach to build relationships and create custom framing solutions, delivering sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Keep the store well‑merchandised and fully stocked.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact respectfully with others, remain positive in difficult situations, and serve as a role model for the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes, ensuring standards are followed and budgets are met.
• Operate cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience, including selling products or services to customers (preferred).
• Physical ability to regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, stretch, stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Work Environment

Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled. Occasional outdoor work for retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. The role may require interaction with customers throughout the store.
