PT Faculty - Respiratory Therapy

Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is seeking qualified part-time instructors for our Respiratory Therapy Program. We welcome dedicated professionals passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of respiratory therapists, whether in classroom or clinical settings.

About the role

We offer two part-time teaching opportunities:

• Respiratory Therapy Clinical Instructor: Provides clinical instruction and supervision to students during assigned clinical experiences. Guides clinical practice, evaluates student performance, and helps students develop the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors necessary for safe and effective respiratory care. Serves as a liaison between COTC and affiliated clinical sites while supporting the goals and mission of the Respiratory Therapy Program.
• Adjunct Instructor: Provides high-quality instruction in classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical courses. Fosters a positive, engaging learning environment, supports and evaluates students, facilitates learning through effective instructional strategies, provides timely feedback, and maintains a student-centered classroom.
