Responsibilities
- Meal preparation
- Food preparation and proper storage
- Auxiliary maintenance of all health code regulations in the kitchen
- Ensuring that all food is presented attractively and appetizingly
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Auxiliary cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen and dining areas
- Following all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work on their feet for extended periods of time
- The ability to follow recipes
- An understanding of basic cooking techniques
- A reliable means of transportation to and from work
- The ability to work both AM (6:00 AM - 11:00 PM) and PM (10:30 AM - 7:00 PM) shifts
