About the role
The beautiful Sky Ridge community is seeking a part-time Concierge to join their dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready for your shift
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Welcome visitors warmly and offer assistance
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Transmit messages accurately and efficiently
- Monitor visitors and report suspicious activity
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Handle resident requests and maintain lost and found
- Order and restock administrative supplies
- Follow safety protocols when operating office equipment
- Support department heads and executive directors
- Track and alert staff about meal attendance
- Present a positive and professional image
- Communicate openly with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Age over 18 years
- Background clearance as required by government regulations
- Negative TB test results
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate computers and necessary software
- Compliant with grooming and dress standards
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and move throughout the day
