PT/ Closet Installer Assistant

About the role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on custom closet installations while being part of a supportive and innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the loading, unloading, and organizing of materials
• Support the installation of custom closet systems according to design specifications
• Collaborate with the lead installer to ensure timely project completion
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
• Learn and develop installation and measurement skills over time

Requirements

• Basic carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Carpentry, cabinetry, or technical/vocational training preferred
• Experience assembling or installing furniture preferred
• Background in custom, trim, or cabinet carpentry is a plus
