Requirements: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsFamiliarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installationsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalentVocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferredExperience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus Responsibilities: Pick up customer orders from our warehouse using the company work vanTransport materials safely to job sites across our service territoryAssist the lead installer with all phases of custom closet installationHandle material staging, tool management, and on-site organizationDispose of packaging, cutoffs, and job site trash professionallyHelp load and unload product, keeping the van stocked and organizedRepresent Up Closets with professionalism inside customers' homesFollow safety protocols and care for company equipment and tools We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
