About the role

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Administrator. This role is responsible for managing store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Manage employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining records and preparing reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Knowledge of retail systems and processes.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
