About the role
Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Administrator. This role is responsible for managing store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Manage employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining records and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Knowledge of retail systems and processes.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
