About the role

The role is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth store function.
  • Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support store staff with training and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records as required by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
