About the role
The role is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth store function.
- Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support store staff with training and performance evaluations.
- Prepare reports and maintain records as required by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
