About the role
The role is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage store finances, including cash handling, expense reporting, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and maintain stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Support store team members with training, performance evaluations, and career development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail store management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and the public.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule
Monday through Saturday, with some flexibility in hours.
