About the role
The role is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth store function.
- Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Support store managers with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
