About the role

The role is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth store function.
  • Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and manage personnel.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Support store managers with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
