About the role

This position is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store
  • Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management
