About the role
This position is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store
- Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of retail or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management

Pay

Schedule
