About the role

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Store Administrator. This role is responsible for managing store operations and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
• Manage store finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with store management to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
