Job Overview
Cub Mankato East is seeking a part-time Clean Team member to ensure safe and clean store conditions. This role involves ongoing customer interaction and providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service.
Job Responsibilities
- General maintenance and cleanliness of the store
- Maintains availability of carts for customers
- Maintains proper floor conditions
- Removes and disposes of trash
- Fulfills store and department policies and procedures
- Assists with customer questions or requests
Job Requirements
- Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
- On-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service
- Good judgment for handling situations without immediate supervision
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
- Must be 16 years of age and older
Physical Requirements
- Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
- Walking on uneven ground
- Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
Schedule
Variably scheduled weekly shifts, including weekends.
