Part Time Clean Team

Cub Eagan West on Cliff Road is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time Clean Team position. This role ensures safe and clean store conditions while providing prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and cleanliness of the store
• Ensures carts are available for customers
• Maintains proper floor conditions
• Removes and disposes of trash
• Follows all store and department policies and procedures
• Assists with customer questions or requests

Requirements

• Experience with equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Proficiency in memorization, reading, writing, and math
• Ongoing customer interaction with prompt, courteous, and accurate service
• Good judgment, especially when direct supervision may not be immediately available
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
• Must be able to write identifying information and request supplies verbally or in writing
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, and repetitive motions

Schedule

• Varied weekly shifts between 6:00am–10:00pm
• Open availability preferred
• Weekends required

Pay

UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual pay will depend on factors including education, experience, training, and requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
