PT Care Partner NOC Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
• Auxiliary residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Assist with household tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and offer attentive care.
• Based on state regulations, complete necessary training or certification.

Requirements

• Ability to work up to 24 hours per week with the possibility of picking up extra shifts.
• Experience working in a healthcare or caregiving setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification (AHA BCLS).
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

Pay

Base pay in the range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

Schedule

Part-time positions work up to 24 hours per week with the possibility of picking up extra shifts. NOC shift also comes with an additional shift differential.
