Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
- Auxiliary residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Assist with household tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and offer attentive care.
- Based on state regulations, complete necessary training or certification.
Requirements
- Ability to work up to 24 hours per week with the possibility of picking up extra shifts.
- Experience working in a healthcare or caregiving setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification (AHA BCLS).
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Skills

Pay
Base pay in the range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
Schedule
Part-time positions work up to 24 hours per week with the possibility of picking up extra shifts. NOC shift also comes with an additional shift differential.
