Schedule

Open shift is 1:30 p.m. – 10 p.m., up to 30 hours per week. Extra shifts are available if preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assisting elders with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility (including walkers and wheelchairs).
• Observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support by engaging in conversation, active listening, and companionship.
• Assist with meals and, when needed, feed elders who require additional support.
• Support elders in social and recreational activities to promote well‑being.
• Communicate with elders, their families, team members, and guests.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying and maintaining general cleanliness.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
