PT Breakfast Attendant

Responsibilities

• Prepare guests’ breakfast buffet on time and to hotel standards (start time 5:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays)
• Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and hotel features and services
• Monitor guest-satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests
• Anticipate guests’ needs and assist in delivering a pleasant experience
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options per brand standards
• After breakfast, clean and restock the buffet and lobby area and empty garbage

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-focused demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction principles
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work five days per week, including weekends and holidays
• Highly organized; must be able to handle food prep, cleaning, restocking, and guest interaction during the shift
