Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understands sales objectives and consistently meets or exceeds individual KPIs (e.g., SPH, data capture) using key tools and resources to drive performance.
• Contributes to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans by collaborating with the team to uphold standards of excellence across all brand policies and procedures.
• Connects customers utilizing the Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on all programs, initiatives, resources, and offerings available.
• Provides customer service in fitting rooms, assisting with sizing and maintaining store standards.
• Maintains store standards, policies, and processes on the sales floor and back of house (BOH).
• Completes all opening and closing responsibilities as required.
• Supports operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
• Participates in individual company trainings, including compliance, product, process, talent development, and company initiatives.
• Balances tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience remains the top priority.
• Provides feedback to Management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
• Maintains store visual standards using visual techniques and company guidelines.
• Supports a professional and positive work environment, champions company core values, and upholds company policies.
• Collaborates with colleagues to contribute to a cohesive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office; work with chemicals; lift/climb up to 30 lbs.; and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
