PT Bartender

About the role

Bartenders engage directly with customers and floor staff in a beachfront luxury resort. Looking for a dynamic personality that can execute a high level of service while pushing through high volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Love serving guests in a luxury, beach‑front resort.
• Meticulously prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Record food and drink orders accurately and immediately into the POS system.
• Create memorable dining experiences to the guests of the bar, while maintaining a quick and efficient service bar to floor staff.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience is preferred.
• Must be familiar with craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

Flexible hours required, including nights, weekends and holidays.
