About the role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing physical therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You address the whole patient as an individual, executing programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive the care they need to thrive. Your work ensures patients and their families receive high-quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
This role is in-facility and reports to the Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy programs and activities
- Follow developed recovery plans
- Deliver therapy treatments
- Address the whole patient as an individual
- Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed
- Ensure high-quality, compassionate care for patients and families
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $27.00 - USD $29.00 per hour
Bonus: USD $5,000.00
