Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Are you passionate about helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life?
• We’re looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team!
• You’ll evaluate and treat residents based on physician orders and AOTA guidelines, collaborate with families and care teams, and help ensure therapy goals are carried out effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on evaluation and treatment to residents
• COMMUNICATE with families, physicians, and staff
• DOCUMENT progress in medical records
• TRAIN staff to support therapy goals

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum)
• Registered and licensed OT in Ohio
• New grads are welcome!
• Experience with NetHealth and PCC is a plus
