Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and packaging of meat products
• Maintain proper product rotation and freshness standards
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service at the meat counter
• Keep work area clean and sanitized according to safety standards
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures
• Support full-time meat department team members as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn meat cutting and preparation techniques
