About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert is responsible for guiding guests through their arrival and departure experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach, moving around the space, and handling various tasks such as processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local area highlights.

Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Complete reports and share local area highlights
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Ensure transactions feel like part of the experience
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional

• No supervisory experience required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
