About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert is responsible for guiding guests through their arrival and departure experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights.

Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Complete reports and share local area highlights
• Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
• Protect company assets and uphold quality standards
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance

Requirements

• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
