About the Role

Assist therapists with treatments under direct supervision. Maintain a clean and safe clinic environment, including equipment, treatment areas, and linen supply. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning hot pack machines and disinfecting treatment tables.

Responsibilities

• Set up patients for treatments and assist with exercises as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling patients.
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management under the direction of the Clinic Director.
• Maintain safety protocols, including equipment checks and fire safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support overall team efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; preference given to those pursuing a career in an allied health profession.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills, including knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, database software, and MS Office.
