What You'll Do
- C Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- B Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
- C Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary care team.
- D Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- E Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- F Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- A Active Pennsylvania license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
- B Master's degree (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field.
- C Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team.
- D Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
- E Preferred: experience working with geriatric populations.
- F Preferred: experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings.
