Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, and life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Perform onsite patient care and remote documentation
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Texas LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care required
