About the role
Provide outpatient therapy for children and adults.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate DSM-5 diagnoses.
- Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group interventions.
- Develop and update treatment plans.
- Document care in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care managers to coordinate services.
- Perform crisis assessment and safety planning.
- Provide psychoeducation.
Requirements
- Relevant clinical experience.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to develop treatment plans.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Collaboration skills in a team-based environment.
