Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in assessment or research
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with educational assessments and standardized testing
• Knowledge of psychometrics and test development principles
• Understanding of data collection and analysis techniques

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SPSS
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
