About the role

Grove City College invites applications for a psychology faculty member (open rank) who desires to be part of a Christ-centered community that emphasizes academic excellence. The collegial department serves motivated and considerate students and strives to rigorously train them in psychological science while also helping them think about the discipline from a Christian perspective.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Statistical Methods, Advanced Statistics, and Advanced Research Methods.
• Mentor student research projects associated with these courses.
• Contribute to departmental strengths in development, history, personality, and social psychology.
• Engage in research and publication, which is encouraged and supported despite a teaching‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate required by the time of appointment; Ph.D. preferred, Psy.D. considered.
• Strong demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Statement of Faith and Christian mission and vision of Grove City College.
