Hybrid outpatient position; 32 hours per week
Patients seen both in-office and remotely
FQHC community health setting
Collaborate with full healthcare team on treatment planning and psychosocial assessments
Maintain referral resource network throughout the service area
Continuing Education time provided to stay current on therapeutic interventions

Requirements

LICSW or LMHC license required per Massachusetts state law
Master's degree in Social Work and one year of full-time experience required

Benefits

Salary from $58,400.00 to $68,000.00 annually
