About the role

Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
Provide high-quality, client-centered care.
Coordinate services with other providers as needed.
Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Opportunity to complete psychological assessments for interested applicants, with therapy caseload expectations adjusted accordingly.
  • Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
  • Provide high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Cookordinate services with other providers as needed.
  • Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral Degree in Psychology
  • Active Maryland license, or license-eligible, as a psychology associate and able to practice under board-approved supervision.
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
  • Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care.
  • Dedication to lifelong learning, cultural humility, and ethical practice.
  • Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
