About the role
Milton Hershey School is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide education counseling and healthcare support to students.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology and current licensure as a psychologist required; Doctoral degree in psychology strongly preferred (LPC, LCSW, or Certified School Psychologist also considered)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in therapy and assessment, preferably in a clinical or school setting
- Strong crisis intervention and evidence-based therapy skills
- Proficiency in psychological testing and treatment planning
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Availability for on-site hours and on-call rotation
- High ethical standards and sound professional judgment, serving as a role model for MHS students
