Help Shape the Future of Youth Mental Health at Ohana
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations and provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Support children, adolescents, and families through evidence-based treatment approaches
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists, social workers, and post-doctoral candidates
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Deliver behavioral health education to families, community partners, and professionals
- Help foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, safety, and compassionate care
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
- Licensed Psychologist in the State of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Preferred Clinical Experience: Training or experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Substance Use Disorder treatment modalities, Parent Management Training approaches, such as PCIT, Psychological and neuropsychological evaluations

Pay
Pay Range: $151,000 - $202,000 annualized (Based on years of applicable experience)
