Psychologist (PhD, PsyD) - Clinical

About the role

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists that are:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Full-time 30 to 40-hours
• Hybrid 2 days in office and 2 evenings

Responsibilities

Our Psychologists play a vital role in providing evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for individuals suffering from various mental health issues. They are responsible for:

• Assessing and diagnosing patients
• Counseling and treating patients
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Be available for full-time 30 to 40-hours per week
• Be willing to work a hybrid schedule of 2 days in-office and 2 evenings

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A strong background in psychology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping others

Skills

While not required, candidates with the following skills are preferred:

• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay

Compensation range: $102,000 to $164,000, compensation model based on productivity. Cash based incentive plan
