About the Role

We are seeking Psychologists to join our team in the Salt Point, NY office. Ideal candidates are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

Schedule

• Full-time, 30 hours per week
• Hybrid system (in-person and remote)
• Requires working 2 evenings

Responsibilities

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team, providing outpatient care across 19 locations, including 4 in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Yonkers, Long Island City, New Hyde Park, Forest Hills, Garden City, Westchester County, West Nyack, and Melville.

Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
• Ph.D. or Psy.D

Compensation

• Above-market compensation range: $102,000 to $164,000
• Compensation model based on productivity with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Cash-based incentive plan
• Full-time sign-on bonus
