About the Role
Under the guidance of the Statewide Behavioral Health leadership, the Clinical Director (Ph.D) maintains a caseload and performs duties such as conducting mental health assessments, providing therapy and counseling, attending administrative meetings, and writing clinical reports regarding diagnoses, prognoses, and developing treatment plans that reflect the standard of practice. The Clinical Director (Psychologist) performs clinically sound suicide risk evaluations, including clinical review, applying suicide risk assessment protocols, pertinent data/chart reviews, proper documentation, and consultations as needed.
Requirements
- Must be licensed or licensed eligible in the state of Kansas as a psychologist.
- Doctoral degree required (PsyD, PhD).
