Psychologist, LPA, LCSW, LCMHC

About the role

Provides psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, psychotherapy, and behavioral health treatment for patients across the lifespan. Conducts evaluations, develops treatment plans, provides therapeutic interventions, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Clinically assesses patients and conducts psychological and behavioral health evaluations.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provides counseling, psychotherapy, and behavioral health interventions as needed.
• Administers and interprets psychological and neuropsychological tests as appropriate to licensure.
• Educates patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Documents assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress in the medical record.
• Ensures continuity of care through coordination, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
• Adheres to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Participates in professional development, quality improvement, and committee activities.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification: One of the following is required: Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
• Education & Experience: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field required. Two (2) years of clinical or behavioral health experience preferred. Experience providing assessments, counseling, and psychotherapy preferred.

Pay

Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Premium pay such as shift, on-call, and more based on a teammate's job. Opportunity for annual increases based on performance.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with remote virtual visit opportunities.
